Dr Joseph De Fazio B.App.Sci (Chiro), M.Clin.Chiro
Dr Joseph De Fazio is a Chiropractor practicing in Doreen, Victoria. He graduated from RMIT University, Bundoora with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiro) and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic with Dinstinction.
He is an active member of the Chiropractic Board of Australia.
Dr De Fazio’s personal policy is, “to treat every single patient like his mother/father/brother/sister”.
His personal interests are reading, strength training, mid-distance running, eating international foods and spending quality time with his loved ones.
He attends seminars on a regular basis in order to maintain a high standard of patient care, communication and service.
He has demonstrated Chiropractic technique to 5th year Chiropractic students and graduated Chiropractors for the last 3 years.
Dr De Fazio is experienced in improving athletic performance and treating a range of acute and chronic sport injuries. He has previously worked as the club Chiropractor for the Green Gully Soccer Club – the 2010 and 2011 champions of the Victorian Premier League.
Dr De Fazio has lived in the northern suburbs his entire life. He saw the need for natural health care therapists in the rapidly expanding north-east, and so he decided to start working in Doreen as a Chiropractor in 2011.
Damien Gafforini MHASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
Damien has over 10 years of counselling experience, working within the Children, Youth and Family Sector. He has worked with a range of clients presenting with varying levels of complexity including those who have suffered significant trauma.
Damien holds degree’s in Psychology, Social Work and Child Psychotherapy.
Damien works from the perspective of supporting families and individuals (children, youth and adults) overcome some of the difficulties they may have experienced by providing therapeutic interventions which are aimed at promoting healing and recovery.
Damien is an Accredited Mental Health Care Social Worker who can utilise Medicare-subsidised services in order to make counselling support for families or individuals more accessible. Kate Arnold Certified Reiki Practitioner
Kate is certified in Usui Reiki. Usui Reiki is named after the founder – a Japanese Buddist named Mikao Usui. She completed her Reiki 1 and 2 certificates in 2015 under Reiki Master Maria at Harmonious Bodies. Kate decided to study Reiki as she enjoys the feeling of helping people. She is excited that Reiki can help people to relax and de-stress, find clarity and release any negative feelings or emotions they have been hanging onto.
Kate is a happily married mother of two. She grew up in the northern suburbs and enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her family and, of course, sharing Reiki!
